ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:

• Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality
• Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content
• Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links
• Upgrades site by updating content; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links
• Protects site by designing and installing security precautions
• Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions
• Designs and constructs web pages/sites incorporaring graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques
• Maintains and provides ongoing design of the website, promos and ad banners, seasonal content specials and custom chat launcher design for partners
• Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• May lead and direct the work of others

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
• ITIL v4
• IAT Level II Certification
• Education/Experience in one of the folowing:
  • SharePoint 2012/2019
  • SQL
  • Java
  • Windows Server 2016/2019

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• IV: 13 Years

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Indoors in normal office environment.
• May require extensive periods of sitting or standing.
• Frequent computer use at workstation for several hours at a time.
• Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
